Car shut off at red light due to overheating. Wouldnt start even after I waited for it to cool down. what now?

waited for the car to cool then tried to start it…it didnt start. wondering if major damage occured or is it just a part that needs to be replaced.

Another Engine for a 1977 or 1978 Trans Am?

How long should it take your car engine to cool down after driving?

I was only driving for about 15 mins but my engine is still very warm 2 hours later…is this normal? How long does it usually take the engine to cool down and is it ok to hear wierd popping noises right after you turn the car off?

How can I get those COOL BLUE HEADLIGHTS?

I want my cars to have those cool blue lights. Should I change the bulb or the whole lighting system? I want high performance cool blue headlights that are brighter than the stock. Please help.

anyone know how to get an airlock out of a cars cooling system?

the garage put a new thermastat in my car(probe) it had been running cold for a while, it did get slightly warmer but not hot like it used to. the mechanic said it probably had an airlock and said see how it goes. well its still not hot so any ideas?

Can someone please help me figure out why my car sputters?

HONDA CIVIC ’98 manual dx
List of things that have been replaced and problem still persists:
fuel filter
ignition coil
spark plugs
spark wires

air filter seems ok and I have put in fuel cleaner twice

Car still sputters and I’ve noticed that it does it after 3 minutes of driving.

And no check engine light is on. Car would run awesome if it didn’t sputter. It’s driving me crazy. Please help because the mechanics I’ve been to aren’t any help! Thank you!

Cool cheap ideas for my car interior?

I figured that I spend too many hours in my car (alone and with company) so I want to add some cool and funny stuff to the interior of my Ford EcoSport just for me and my friends amusement. For example, attaching a white board so my friends can write or draw. Other example would be a kaleidoscope. Do you have any ideas?

What is a “system cool down” referring to cars?

I want to install a new exhaust for my car and they said it will take about 2-3 hours to install it including system cool down. What is a system cool down?
