how do you keep a dog cool while DRIVING (not stopped!) in a car without A/C?

My car does not have A/C and I interested in getting some ideas on how to keep my dog cool in the car while we are driving. Of course, he will NEVER be left in the hot car when we are stopped somewhere! Thanks for any ideas! He is a 17-pound shrunken border collie, by the way!
